SPECIAL EARLY BOOKING RATE IN HOUSING UNIT:

10% discount on the cost of accommodation in the residential unit: payment of the deposit by January 30, 2023 and settlement on the day of arrival *

8% discount on the cost of accommodation in the residential unit: payment of the deposit by March 30, 2023 and settlement on the day of arrival *

6% discount on the cost of accommodation in the residential unit: payment of the deposit by April 30, 2023 and settlement on the day of arrival *

* Discounts can not be combined with “extra services” and / or other special or last minute offers

  • Free entry to the swimming pool from (from June to August) – non-compulsory swimming cap

Arrival: check-in on arrival from 9.00 am – key collection starting at 17.00.

Departure: keys delivery before 10.00 am

The housing units must be returned clean and tidy or € 35.00 of final cleaning will be charged

  • Security deposit to be paid upon arrival in cash: € 100.00
  • Bath towels (set: shower towel + face + guest) on request: € 6.00 per person per change
  • Bed linen on request: € 10,00 Doublebed set ( per change) ; € 7,50 Singlebed set ( per change)
  • Equipment for children and babies (on request when booking): baby bed € 3.50 / day, high chair € 2.50 / day)
  • Possible obvious damage to the structures
  • Sunbed and umbrella rental
