Regulations

CAMPING RENO INTERNAL RULES

Art. 1: Campers are required to familiarize themselves with the present rules, the Price List, and the Booking Conditions. The act of entering signifies acceptance of these terms, without reservations by the Customer. They are also required to inform the Management of anyone not adhering to these rules.

Art. 2: ARRIVAL Access to the campsite is subject to the approval of the Management. All guests are required to provide identification documents for legal registration and review the internal rules. Failure to comply with these rules constitutes a violation of the Penal Code. Upon registration, guests receive a “camping pass” or a “bracelet.” During the entire stay, guests are required to have it on hand and show it when requested by campground staff. Payment of the fee as per the Price List and/or confirmed booking must be made in advance.

Art. 3: DEPARTURE Guests are required to return the “camping pass” or “bracelets” to reception to register their departure from the village. All guests of the accommodations must return the keys of the accommodation to the reception.

Art. 4: SERVICES The use of services such as pools, game rooms, tennis courts, bocce, soccer, basketball, and all other facilities within the village is reserved for holders of the Camping Pass. For the use of all services, guests must respect the opening hours and the related regulations posted at the entrance.

Art. 5: HOURS

  • Cash desk hours: every day, from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM and from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
  • Office hours: every day, from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM
  • Quiet hours: from 1:30 PM to 3:00 PM and from 11:30 PM to 7:30 AM.

Art. 6: QUIET HOURS During these times, noises disturbing the rest of the campers are prohibited, such as setting up and taking down tents, driving motor vehicles. It is forbidden to use radios or similar devices, to gather and have loud meetings in common areas, as well as washing dishes in the bathrooms. On animation evenings, the Management reserves the right to extend the break time beyond 11:30 PM.

Art. 7: VALUABLES SECURITY The management is not responsible:

  • For any theft of valuable items not entrusted to the custody service.
  • For any theft of items made possible by the guest’s lack of appropriate precautions.
  • For any items forgotten inside the bungalows or on the pitches. Found items within the campsite should be handed over to the reception.

Art. 8: CAMPINGPAY For payments, all points of sale within the campsite require the use of the CAMPINGPAY card, provided during check-in. The money loaded on the CAMPINGPAY card can be withdrawn during the reception cash desk hours. If lost or stolen, the card will be blocked, and replacement or refund of the remaining balance can be requested, which will be returned at checkout. There are no costs, but a €5.00 deposit is required.

Art. 9: VISITORS The management reserves the right to allow entry to visitors and daily guests. Guests must inform the management of the arrival of any visitors before their entry. Visitors must pay the daily fee and provide an identification document, which will be returned upon departure. Visitors are not allowed after 9:00 PM. Access to the village is allowed only to restaurant customers. The booking holder is responsible for the behavior of their guests within the campsite.

Art. 10: MINORS Minors are not allowed in the campsite unless accompanied by their parents. Minors aged 16-17 may be accepted without parents, provided a liability waiver form is signed. Children under 8 years old must always be accompanied when using various services.

Art. 11: VEHICLE MOVEMENT IN THE CAMPSITE Entry of cars into the campsite is allowed only after registration of the license plate at the reception. Only one car (license plate) is allowed per accommodation or pitch. Cars must be parked within the pitch or near the accommodation. A second car may enter the campsite with prior approval from the Management and payment of the applicable fee. Cars parked in unauthorized areas will be charged the price listed. If removal is necessary, the costs will be borne by the car owner. Vehicles can only circulate during the allowed hours, strictly to enter or leave the campsite, and must be driven cautiously. The maximum speed is 5 km/h. Mopeds must be pushed. Motorcycles are prohibited from circulating within the village and must be parked in the designated parking area near the entrance.

Art. 12: PETS (DOGS AND CATS) Only domestic animals (dogs and cats) are allowed inside the campsite, subject to presentation of vaccination records and/or microchip. Acceptance of pets is subject to hygiene and coexistence rules, as well as the management’s approval. Animals must not roam freely, must be kept on a leash, and must wear a muzzle for medium to large dogs. Owners must clean up any waste immediately. Guests must inform reception of the presence of pets during booking and arrival. Non-compliance with these rules will incur a fine from €50 to €250, and may result in the guest being removed from the premises. Owners are fully responsible for any damage caused by their pets. Violating these rules may result in expulsion from the campsite and the payment for the entire reserved period.

Art. 13: CORRESPONDENCE Shipments are accepted only if previously communicated by email or WhatsApp, but no COD (Cash on Delivery) packages are accepted. Correspondence must be collected from reception by the person it is addressed to. If not collected within 7 days, it will be returned to the sender.

Art. 14: RESPONSIBILITIES The management is not responsible for:

  • Theft of valuable items not entrusted to the custody service.
  • Theft of items due to lack of proper precautions by the guest.
  • Damage caused by other guests, force majeure, natural disasters, insects, diseases, epidemics (including plant diseases), or other causes not resulting from the negligence of campsite staff.

Art. 15: WASTE COLLECTION Guests must dispose of their waste in the designated bins. Recycling is mandatory within the campsite. Specific bins are located near the centralized service groups and near the bar/restaurant. Refrigerators, WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment), and bulky items must be disposed of at the Marina Romea ecological area, after collecting a pass at reception.

Art. 16: CAMPING The pitches are always assigned by the management. The placement of caravans or tents must follow the instructions given by the management. Tents or caravans must be positioned so as not to obstruct normal internal traffic. To connect to the electrical outlet, the installation, cable, and plugs must meet CEE standards. The supply of 220V electricity is limited to 4 or 6 amps. The column is equipped with a differential (safety switch). If there is an interruption in the power supply, reception must be notified.

Art. 17: STRICTLY PROHIBITED

  • Digging pits or trenches around tents or pitches.
  • Leaving waste around the pitches.
  • Pouring any liquids on the ground (only water allowed).
  • Lighting fires outdoors.
  • Washing vehicles outside the designated area.
  • Securing tarps or awnings to trees with ropes or other materials.
  • Modifying the state of the land.
  • Fencing off pitches with unauthorized fences or installing any objects that may pose a danger or obstruct passage, especially in case of emergency.
  • Using more than one power outlet per pitch. If guests fail to comply, the management may take actions such as expulsion or increased daily fees.
  • Having more than one gas cylinder per pitch.
  • Throwing waste outside the designated containers.
  • Using charcoal for barbecues, unless in designated areas.
  • Using gas barbecues, provided they do not cause disturbance or danger.
  • Washing cars or other vehicles on the campsite.
  • Wasting or misusing water.
  • Pouring any liquids (oils, saltwater, etc.) on the ground or in drains.

Art. 18: EXPULSION The management reserves the right to expel those who, at its sole discretion, violate the rules and disturb the harmony and spirit of the facility, damaging the proper functioning of community life and the interests of the complex.

Art. 19: Failure to comply with the internal regulations authorizes the Management to remove the Owner and their guests from the facility, clear the pitch of their belongings with no responsibility for any damage caused during forced removal. The Management may also exercise its right to retention and demand the entire agreed amount, including any unpaid fees, without prior notice. The Owner waives any claims against the campsite and agrees to reimburse the management for removal and storage costs of their belongings.


REMINDERS:

  • Late arrivals and early departures still require payment for the entire reserved period.
  • In case of a late arrival without prior notice, the accommodation will be available until 12:00 PM the following day.
  • Bungalows:
    • Accommodation is available from 5:00 PM.
    • The accommodation must be vacated (key return) by 10:00 AM on the day of departure. Unauthorized delays will incur an additional day’s charge.
    • The accommodation must be left tidy and clean, or cleaning charges will be applied according to the price list.
  • Pitches:
    • Pitches are available from 3:00 PM.
    • Pitches must be vacated by 12:00 PM. Unauthorized delays will incur an additional day’s charge.
