Art.1: Notice of cancellation
- Cancellation of the stay must be communicated in writing via email to the address: [email protected]
- All cancellations communicated by telephone will not be taken into consideration.
- Management of the cancellation will be carried out no later than 48 hours after receiving the email
Art.2: Cancellation of bungalows
- In the event of a cancellation request received within 8 days before the arrival date, Camping Village will refund the deposit paid, from which up to a maximum of €100.00 will be deducted for secretarial costs, plus any bank charges .
- In the event of a cancellation request received 7 to 2 days before the arrival date, the Camping Village will issue a voucher equal to the sum paid, minus €100.00 for secretarial costs, exclusively for the cases listed below. The voucher must be used within the year following the year of issue. The voucher will only be issued following unforeseeable causes at the time of booking such as:
- clinically documented illness, injury or death of the booking holder.
- illness, injury or death, clinically documented, of one of the family members, indicated in the personal data sheet at the time of booking confirmation
- impossibility for the booking holder to take advantage of the holidays due to dismissal by the employer, in this case, the holder of the booking must produce a copy of the dismissal letter.
- In the event of a cancellation request received within 1 day prior to the arrival date, no refund will be due.
Art. 3: Cancellation of pitches
- In the event of a cancellation request received within 8 days before the arrival date, Camping Village will refund the deposit paid, from which up to a maximum of €50.00 will be deducted for secretarial costs, plus any bank charges .
- In the event of a cancellation request received 7 to 2 days before the arrival date, Camping Village will issue a voucher equal to the sum paid, minus €50.00 for secretarial costs, exclusively for the cases listed below. The voucher must be used within the year following the year of issue. The voucher will only be issued following unforeseeable causes at the time of booking such as:
- clinically documented illness, injury or death of the booking holder.

Art. 4: Change of Stay Dates
Requests to change the dates of a stay are subject to the following conditions and the availability of the accommodation or pitch. Each modification request must be sent in writing via email to [email protected] and is considered accepted only upon written confirmation from the Management and subject to availability.
- Up to 60 days before arrival: It is possible to request a change of stay dates without penalty. Any amount already paid as a deposit or balance will be converted into a credit for the new stay. Any tariff differences (e.g., if the new period is more expensive) will be borne by the client.
- Up to 30 days before arrival: It is possible to request a change of stay dates with a penalty. The penalty is €100 for accommodation and €50 for pitches. Any amount already paid as a deposit or balance will be converted into a credit for the new stay. Any tariff differences (e.g., if the new period is more expensive) will be borne by the client. No refund is provided if the cost is lower.
- Up to 7 days before arrival: It is not possible to request a change of stay dates.
The modification is subject to availability. If the requested date is not available, the client may choose another period, or alternatively, the standard cancellation conditions specified in the “Cancellation” section will apply.
Art. 5: Late arrivals
- In case of postponed arrivals the customer must in any case make payment for the entire sum agreed in the booking letter.
- In case of postponed arrivals communicated within 14 days of the arrival date and caused by the unforeseeable events listed above, a voucher will be issued for the days not used. After this date no refund will be made.
Art. 6: Early departure
- For early departures, no refund will be made for unused holidays.
- For early departures due solely to illness or accidents, a voucher will be issued for the days not used. Only after presentation to the Management of a copy of the first aid or emergency medical certificate.
