PITCH RATES INCLUDE:

• Car parking on the pitch;
• Electricity connection (CEE standard plug – 10A protection, unless otherwise specified);
• Direct access to the free public beach;
• Hot showers;
• Entertainment for adults and children (July – August);
• Swimming pool entrance (June – September 15th, swim cap not required);
• Sports area: beach volley, beach tennis, bowls (bocce), basketball hoop, table tennis;
• 10% VAT (subject to VAT changes or Tourist Tax updates).

RATES DO NOT INCLUDE:

• Tourist Tax (to be paid on-site);
• Beach service (parasol and sunbed rentals).

PITCH POLICY:

• Pitch Setup: 1 Tent or Caravan + number of people indicated in the description + 1 car + Electricity (10Amp).
• Cleanliness: Pitches must be left clean and tidy.
• Check-in/Check-out: Arrival after 3:00 PM; Departure by 12:00 PM.
• Payment: The balance for the entire stay must be paid upon arrival.
